Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $99.

This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $99 or more after discounts are applied to qualify.

Processing Time

1 – 2 business days.

Orders placed before 11:00 PM EST on weekdays (Monday–Friday) are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 11:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Transit Time (Shipping Time)

4 – 7 business days
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, shipping/transit usually takes between 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times.

Shipping prices are based on USPS estimates.
All orders include tracking details and delivery confirmation, provided an email address is entered during checkout.

All shipping within the United States is carried out by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping Issues and Delays

Delivery Delays:
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing.
Cloud & Mist is not responsible for such delays.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at alida@cloudandmist.com
 with photos of the damage.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund.

Missing Items:
If your order is missing items, please reach out to us immediately, and we will investigate and correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Product Care During Shipping

Our products include Children's clothing, backpacks, and shoes, which may be affected by extreme weather conditions during transit.

  • During warmer months, prolonged exposure to heat may cause packaging materials or adhesive details (such as logos or embellishments) to soften or warp. We recommend ensuring your package is sent to an address where it can be received promptly to avoid extended exposure to sunlight.

  • During colder months, items may arrive slightly stiff due to low temperatures. This is temporary, simply allow them to rest at room temperature before use.

We take every precaution to package your items securely and maintain product quality from our facility to your doorstep.

Address Issues

Cloud & Mist is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cloud & Mist is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address entered during checkout.
Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information for customers to follow up with USPS directly.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Order Changes: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or items. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process once received.
